26 April

Surreal Collage Workshop

Step into a world of imagination and unexpected beauty in this immersive Surreal Collage Workshop.

Over three relaxed hours, you’ll explore the art of surreal collage - bringing together imagery in unusual and dreamlike ways to create something entirely your own. Using carefully selected magazine cuttings, you’ll combine elements that wouldn’t normally belong together, allowing intuition and curiosity to guide the process.

Along the way, you’ll be gently guided through key design elements such as colour, scale, pattern and texture, helping you create a visually striking and expressive piece.

This workshop is not about technical skill or “getting it right” - it’s about play, exploration and seeing what emerges when you let go of expectation.

All materials provided.
Afternoon refreshments included.

Whether you’re completely new to creativity or looking to reconnect with your artistic side, this is a welcoming space to slow down, experiment, and enjoy the process of making.

You’ll leave with a finished artwork and, more importantly, a sense of creative freedom and possibility.

Wow wow wow! What a caring and compassionate human being. Deb came into our Learning for Life program (a post school program for adults with a disability) and facilitated the creation of our magnificent artwork "The Enchanted Spirit" which was later auctioned off at our inaugural Gala in an effort to raise funds for a wheelchair accessible van. Deb was patient and made all of her sessions inclusive, participants and staff all very much enjoyed the art sessions run by Deb. Thank you so much for everything. Thank you for a great afternoon Deborah. Your passion is evident in the way you talk about your work. You created an inviting atmosphere that everyone felt calm and connected in. We were so immersed in our creative mindfulness the time just flew by! I loved the workshop and have continued working on my pieces at home.
