Corporate Workshops

Mindful Creativity Workshop for Teams

Our signature Mindful Creativity Workshop offers a practical, engaging approach to workplace wellbeing, designed for corporate training and development settings. Over three structured hours, participants are introduced to simple, repetitive creative techniques such as doodling, inking and guided mark-making to help regulate their nervous system, reduce mental load and improve clarity of thinking.

The emphasis is on process rather than performance, creating a low-pressure environment where creativity becomes a tool for reflection, resilience and connection rather than artistic skill.

Ideal for team wellbeing days, leadership retreats or professional development programs, this workshop supports creativity, adaptability and mental wellbeing in a way that is accessible to all employees. All materials are supplied, and participants leave with a framed creative piece and simple tools they can continue to use as a mindfulness and stress-management practice beyond the session.

Conducted at the Joyful Creative Studio, the session is suitable for groups of up to 20 and refreshments are provided.

ROI

This workshop supports organisational performance by addressing one of the most common workplace challenges: sustained stress and cognitive overload. By helping employees regulate their nervous system, improve focus and re-engage creative thinking, the session contributes to reduced burnout risk, improved engagement and stronger team resilience. Participants leave with practical tools they can continue to use, extending the impact well beyond the session itself and supporting long-term wellbeing, productivity and retention.
