Think of it as a gym for creatives - a place you can return to again and again to nurture your creativity, your nervous system and your sense of belonging.
This membership is perfect if you enjoy being part of a creative community, value gentle accountability and like the idea of 20% off monthly workshops and studio events to deepen your creative practice. If you’re looking for connection beyond the studio, the private Facebook group offers a supportive space to share, stay inspired and feel part of something ongoing.

The Joyful Creative Community is for people who want creativity to be a regular part of their life, not a once-in-a-while treat. It’s for those who love having a welcoming place to drop in, make and connect.
Who is this for?

If you think you don’t have time for this, you probably need it the most. Dropping into creative flow lowers cortisol and boosts dopamine, leading to reduced stress and anxiety as the parasympathetic nervous system kicks in. It’s as restorative as meditation, but more joyful.

A casual guided activity will be offered every session, where play and exploration is the priority, not the final product. In time, you may wish to explore the materials cabinet and spend the sessions on a project of your choosing. There is always guidance available and room to grow.

Everything (okay, most things) you need to practice creativity are here in the studio, ready for you to use and get messy with.

The sessions offer seasoned crafters the opportunity to share techniques, exchange ideas and find inspiration through a like-minded creative community.

Don’t spend more money on another suite of creative materials- especially before you know it’s for you - just come in and use ours.

Through Finishing Challenges, member exhibitions and a supportive community, we’ll keep each other accountable for getting through that stash of UFPs (UnFinished Projects).

It’s ok to prioritise time for yourself, and sometimes making a commitment to getting out of the house is the only way to achieve it. Feel like yourself again as you connect with like-minded adults in a calm, supportive, creative environment. And on Tuesday mornings babies and pre-schoolers are welcome to join you in the studio.
Who is this NOT for?
This membership may not be the right fit if you’re looking for structured, step-by-step classes with a fixed outcome (see instead our Monthly Creative Workshops). It’s also not ideal if you’re hoping for one-off entertainment rather than ongoing creative practice and community.
This space is designed for people who are open to slowing down, experimenting, and creating without pressure - so if that kind of gentle, exploratory approach doesn’t appeal right now, it may not be your place (and that’s okay!)
Monthly Membership $30 per week (billed monthly @ $120)
Join the Community and enjoy unlimited Create and Connect sessions. Perfect if you’re planning to attend at least a couple of times per week (works out to > $15 per session) Cancel any time.
