The Creative Reset
5 Week Creative Wellbeing Program
Return to yourself through creativity.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally busy, disconnected or simply in need of a little space to breathe, The Creative Reset offers a gentle and supportive way to slow down and reconnect.
This 5-week program combines mindfulness, creativity and nervous system regulation practices to support calm, clarity and creative wellbeing in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.
Each week, you’ll be guided through simple, accessible practices including mindful doodling, journalling, collage, gentle movement, breathwork and deep relaxation. No artistic experience is needed - just a willingness to show up as you are.
Designed to feel calming, grounding and restorative, this program is less about creating “perfect” artwork and more about exploring creativity as a tool for wellbeing, self-expression and emotional regulation.

Over 5 weeks, participants will explore:
Gentle yoga, breathwork and relaxation techniques
Mindful creativity and repetitive mark making
Journalling for clarity and emotional release
Intuitive collage and creative self-expression
Restorative sound bowl meditation and reflection
Throughout the program, participants will also develop simple, repeatable practices they can continue using beyond the course to support everyday wellbeing.
A gentle return to yourself
By the end of the program, you’ll leave not only with creative experiences and reflections, but with a collection of simple wellbeing tools to support you long after the final session.

Investment: $450 per person
